Exactly what other said on the tin. Good budget level accommodation at a great price. Clean and professional ...no frills.
I like Travelodge as its cheap, cheerful, clean and the ease of booking. This particular one didn't fail to meet those typical standards that I've come to know and appreciate. However, there were children running around in the hallways, people knocking on and slamming doors until the small hours of the morning. Staff did intervene and try to quieten the people down at points. From what I gather those people are currently temporarily housed there, children will be children of course but a better manner of room placements would make things easier for them as well as for people like myself who are staying overnight and need a decent night's sleep. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and the room was clean and warm.
Friendly staff. Good sizes room. Unfortunately our room was above large ventilation fan outside the building which made loud noise. That made the stay a bit unpleasent.
Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Light didn't work from 1 of the switches, toilet flush handle faulty, and next door was throwing a party, which the staff did nothing about. Worst night's sleep at a hotel. Maybe this is why they don't have the good night's sleep guarantee like premier Inn...
Stayed a few times. Ribs are all fairly standard but depending which way you're facing can be a little busy. On our last stay we were above a pub courtyard so a bit noisy, plus they had forgotten to stick tea making facilities/supplies in the room so had to go all for those.
