Standard spoons really.Wasn't disappointed, and did get a lovely breakfast.Only fault is such a tiny smoking area outside, with 80 percent of garden designated smoke free.But it was warm here, with nice food and beer, and open early for a good breakfast. Got very busy though, even for January and at that point not to good for passing through alone.
Hotel room was huge comfortable and very clean. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Ordered the steak and jacket potato it was delicious great value.
My husband and I just returned from a lovely weekend at the last post. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, nice bathrooms . The staff were really friendly and helpful .Even though we were above the pub, the rooms are very quiet, comfortable bed's and a good night's sleep. We would definitely recommend it , great location as well. Will be back, good job keeping that large place running so smoothly .
Went here on 21st, very busy as you would imagine. We found a seat and we went to the bar and was seen to straight away. Food came out hot and quick, even though it was busy. Our friends used the app to order their food and drinks but we're waiting longer than we did for ours and there drinks took even longer than the food. Still our experience was positive.
Had an overnight stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Food not too expensive. Typical pub fare. Would happily stay again.
