We landed fresh from South Africa and needed to buy our first car in the UK. As anyone that has ever immigrated will tell you, its so hard getting to know which suppliers you can trust and where to shop... etc. At Central Cars, we found a really well looked after previously owned car. ALL of the salesmen were so helpful to my husband and I and really patient allowing us to test drive the 3 potential cars we were interested in. They not only sold us a car, but they made us feel like we were part of their family. I would highly recommend them, the entire process was so smooth and efficient.
I brought one car from there coming up to four years ago and Ive recently just brought my second car from here and I can honestly say its the best car shopping experience I have had both times, from the moment you step onto the car showroom everyone there is lovely and Lee took his time to show me the cars they had after I explained what I was looking for, as soon as I saw one I liked he got it ready for a test drive as I explained I was waiting for someone to test drive with me to arrive he was absolutely fine and kept reassuring me to take my time and not to rush! When sorting out the finance Lee took his time to explain it all and I felt no pressure when taking my time in making my decision! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and both myself and my brother could easily chat to them about anything! When going to pick up my car I got there 15 minutes before they were due to close due to me finishing work at 4.30, and I felt no rush or pressure in getting the last bits sorted and making sure everything was out of my old car and into my new one! I would always highly recommend Central Cars to anyone that is looking to buy a new car and I will be returning in the future to buy a new car when needed!
This is the 3rd car we have bought from central cars continuing to return due to high standards of vehicles and customer service. This time dealing with Lee O had fantastic service and the whole team are extremely friendly and helpful even watching our little girl whilst we went for a test drive.
