Just picked out a new motor today, had dealings with these people before and the guy recon me from 4 years ago, he was warm and friendly and gave us advice on the motors we were looking at. I went to this so called dealership today and could not believe the sarcasm and rudeness from what I believe may of been the proprietor ( did not even put his hand out first to shake my hand, hands in his pockets, I had to put my hand out to introduce myself, BAD MANNERS). I was looking for a van and wanted to know more about a certain van and wanted to negotiate a price. I was soon met with sarcasm and rudeness and I hope this so called business man does not speak to what ever customers he does get in this way. I'm a oil rig worker and i work with intelligent people and we all have plenty of money and I would not give this place a penny and will recommend others to do the same...... SHOCKING ATTITUDE!!!
Very helpful people, the service was quick and efficient. My needs and specifications were cared for without a hitch, and my car was even valeted before I left. All in all I would say that Southend Auto Sales are a very great company and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great car.
