Good range of vehicles and good service.
Just had the worse possible service. Just took my van in that had a seat belt problem. First the 2 ball dogs that you have on the gates as you go in were completely rude and lack 0 customer service skills. Then I finally get in to you service desk. The chap that I dealt with told me he couldnt do the work at that showroom and I need to do to Rayleigh ford. I asked him if he could phone them and book it in for me and his refused. Sent me packing with a broken seat belt. Who fault would it be if I have a accident!!! Disgusting Service.
Ford after sales service is impressive.The staff are most helpful from the time I called to book my car for servicing and MOT to 'over the counter' service in the showroom.After dropping off my car on a cold, wet, dark, rainy, evening and after a long day I was worried how I was going to get home. I tried to call the usual taxi company but no reply - no taxi!!The person processing my booking took away my worries by calling a taxi and monitoring all steps until I was safely in the taxi to return home.Thank you for such excellent service going above and beyond and setting a benchmark for other businesses.

We recently bought a car from here. The facility is on Snakes Lane in Southend; it's a big, roomy showroom, with lots of selections in-store. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They accommodated our every need, and even sent us home with a free full tank of gas when they had to take our car back in for some extra work soon after we bought it.
