I am not blaming the staff they were prefect, but I will say your telephone team needs more training on people skills.
Brought my car here and had its first major service and MOT done there on Friday. Was great service from start to finish, they kept me totally in the loop as to what was happening, what work had to be done etc. Highly recommend them.
Cannot recommend this place highly enough.Am so shocked at how cheap my repairs were. Was worried about being treated like how other garages treat women drivers but the gentleman here were lovely. From start to finish the guy who dealt with me was nothing but professional and friendly and really helped me. He listened to my concerns and answered them as best he could and above all honestly.Was a lovely surprise to find they'd also cleaned and vacuumed my car and given it a vehicle health check ( something they do as standard with all repairs ) That really made my day.I will be returning for my upcoming M.O.T and any further repairs.
Have had 2 cars from them in the past few years. Cars are great quality and have a lot of great features. Staff are wonderful. Recommend
A bit off the beaten path, but Ross was very knowledgeable and helpful. Range of new and used cars. Even though there was nothing in the range we wanted, Ross helped look at other used cars in other sister showrooms. They also do trade-ins, finance - usual kind of things. Happy to recommend service. Complimentary tea / coffee for customers.
