I test drove a car here in 2017. I arrived, and was given the keys without any question of my identity. After test-driving, I brought up a few VERY minor points (not even issues). All of which were all corrected, as well as the car receiving a new MOT, and a basic valet before my return to complete the sale. I was also left to inspect the car at my leisure (which is unusual, let alone as a woman viewing/inspecting a car). The car also came with 12 months AA breakdown cover, which I never had to use. While I am well aware of the stereotype of the showroom car salesman, this company not only breaks the mould, it napalms it. An honest, trusting, and trustworthy sales centre (which is a sentence I would have put money on me never saying). In fact, I drove over an hour to bring my little brother to view a car here after my fantastic experience.
I viewed a car last week, was greeted with smiles & felt completely at ease. I was given the keys completely trusting to take it for a drive.. went back at the weekend to collect it.. Fantastic customer service, a really great team and safe in the knowledge I could call them if needed as I left! Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again. Sam
We recently purchased a used Nissan Qashqai N-Tec vehicle from Eastwood Motor Company. The vehicle was exactly as described and all of the questions we asked regarding the car were answered in detail giving us confidence in their product knowledge. We were at no time placed under any pressure to buy the car but after some consideration decided to go ahead with the purchase.We were offered a fair price for our vehicle in part exchange and on collecting the Nissan following it being serviced and put through an MOT we found that the minor points requiring rectification had been attended to with the exception of swapping tyres around to give matching pairs.This will be attended to when we have an opportunity to drop the vehicle back to them.All in all we found the people we dealt with to be honest, courteous and knowledgeable and prepared to go that extra mile to provide a good customer experience.We would not hesitate to recommend this company.Clive and Christine Rolfe.
A genuine car dealer! Now that is unusual. Had heard nothing but good things so thought i'd check them out. I bought a car. Very happy with the service I received, aftercare seems very good too.
