This is a massive one star hotel. Generally it would be beneficial to improve the cleanliness and the maintenance.First problem was the heating didn't work in the room. We had to wait several hours & and ask the staff again to fix the problem. When they offered a new room the shower tap stuck which meant only hot-boiling water was available. After these issues we decided to leave the hotel, these conditions are unacceptable.On the top of that at the reception they weren't keen to give us full refund or compensation despite we didn't have a chance to had a proper room with breakfast.Try to avoid this hotel.Update: thanks for the reply.After my call to the reception. 2 ladies came but they couldn't solve the shower problem in the new room. They even called someone to ask whether the gym has a shower facilitiy, the was no shower in the gym. So they left us there.
Friendly helpful staff. Clean spacious room with on suite. Down side is you have to pay for your parking
Had a lovely time here with very welcoming and professional staff! A warm and comfortable place that was a pleasure to stay in. Food is good and bar very swish but very friendly.Seriously nice big breakfast buffet too.Recommend this place!
Nice locations and great sea views but feels tired now and service wasnt great. Stayed here more than a dozen times over the past 10 years and have seen it slowly fall into what is now a scruffy hotel. Location is good overlooking the sea and beach at the edge of town. It has a bar and restaurant that could be amazing but both are badly run. Looking at the costs on booking I would say stay somewhere else for the same money.
Standard room with sea view is superior to a lot of hotels. I felt so happy to see the view from the opposite angle. I'm usually on the seafront looking up
