Shower did not work very cold booth days we stayed no heating till 6 even then still very cold would have been warmer in van with Heather on full
First impression was good. Got upgraded to a family-room. All very basic but new and clean enough for the short stay. Good central position and nice and friendly staff.However, I got bitten by bedbugs in the night. When mentioned to the manager next morning he stayed calm and friendly and offered to check the bed but said it is unlikely because everything is new. (Bed-bug infestation has nothing to do with that)In the end we requested an other room. Which we got with out a problem. To be expected for the price. The offer of an compensation would have been nice, since the evidence on me is very visible and itchy.Will not recommend and will not come back.
They have done a very good job of turning a tired guest house into a clean & comfortable place to stay. Good bed, clean shower & TV. Tea & coffee in the room. The reception not staffed all the time, but an emergency number if you need anything. Short walk to the sea front & shops. If you just need to rest while working, Shopping, seeing a show or visiting family this is the place to be
A basic clean hotel. Very nice manager who upgraded my room from a double to a family room for free, he was very well mannered and done his upmost to accommodate me and my two children.The room was very well presented, clean and well organised. This hotel is nice and quiet and only a 10 minute walk away from the beach and local restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel when looking for good value for money. I will definitely stay there again a BIG thumbs up from me.
Very simple and clean rooms in a very nice location! We by accidentally booked a triple room for two nights instead of one and the owner was kind and understanding in helping us agree to a way of cancelling the second night! Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for simple and quiet accommodation!
