Dacia dealers were smug ride and not interested at all to our needs. Could not produce the pre sales check list when asked for it when we took delivery. 2 days after delivery found air/con does not work.No spare wheel or puncture repair kit in vehicle and still waiting for letter of confirmation for free sat/nav update. Which they said they would do when we complained about the service they provided.
there are some good deals on cars but work done there can be dearer then some garages
Service given to me by Craig was great, he kept me up to date with everything and explained all the details when I collected my vehicle after a recall. Also the day before I received an email saying that the vehicle was due a major service and Craig arranged for this to be done at the same time. Terrific.
